It will help you to identify whether it is more cost-effective to outsource a job function. We have left the form blank please complete the form with your own figures to suit your business i.e add annual gross salary and any other items, benefits or licences the business has agreed to pay for.

Some fields are pre-calculated e.g Employers and Class1A NIC. The calculation does not take into account any figures for additional Maternity/paternity pay, jury service or unfair dismissal claims - any monetary value for these will need to be added onto the actual cost per year if applicable.
