How does it work?

You send us the the ledger you want us to chase, or we have the technology to work directly from your computer system – your choice.

The team at Gravity chase your debts as if we are part of your company and your cash comes straight into your bank or into your business as normal.
We do not handle your money.

We actively operate as authorised representatives of your company so that your customers see a seamless service. We report back to you each week with the promised payments and updates.

All you need to do is bank the money.

We offer email addresses and local area telephone numbers so that your customers can contact us directly (We do not answer the phone or send emails as Gravity Credit Control, we communicate using your company name and agreed introduction so that we become part of your business).

What if I only need your service as a temporary measure?

Flexibility is a key element of our service. You can use Gravity to replace your current credit control facility. Alternatively, you can use us for a short period of intense credit control activity to bring in extra funds OR as temporary cover. We offer immediate start to cover for:- Staff Holiday, Extended sickness, Maternity/Paternity leave.

What if they don’t, won’t or can’t pay?

Gravity can help. We can work with you to get payment, negotiate queries, agree payment plans, put customers on stop or escalate to letters and legal warnings for bad debtors.

The team at Gravity have years of experience in negotiation and driving solutions with bad debtors and will always find the best way to get your money before resorting to legal action. From collecting payment from one-man company to large Corporates, we have the knowledge. Let Gravity handle the credit control so that you can get on with running your business.

How much will it cost?

Not as much as you think. Gravity charges are based on the number of debtors on your ledger. So however many debtors you have on your sales ledger we have a price plan for you. If your need is short-term and the duration unknown, we can offer you a Pay As You Go service.
